Ichigo Cameron Gin is the first and only Gin made with Japanese Strawberries, grown fresh in Cameron Highlands from Japanese parental seeds. Each bottle of Ichigo Cameron Gin has the equivalent of a 200g punnet of fresh strawberries in each bottle. We distil the super fresh Strawberries with other botanicals before letting the final spirit rest with even more Strawberries before we bottle the finished Gin!
