EXHIBITION TIMETABLE

BUILD UP HALL OPEN SCHEDULE
Monday 20 June 1200 – 1800hrs*  

Official Contractors and Space Only sites.

Contractors should check that all services have been pulled through in the correct position before they start to build the stand.  
Tuesday 21 June 0800 – 2200hrs  

Shell Scheme ready for exhibitors to begin interior display.  

All stands to be complete, litter and stand construction materials to be removed from the halls by 18:00hrs. Stand dressing only after this time. 

Please note, last access to the hall will be 2000hrs  


* Work outside of these set hours is generally not allowed and we urge contractors to make sure that the stand can be built within these set times, with the correct number of staff. However, only if working late is unavoidable due to exceptional circumstances outside of your control, you must contact the  Organisers  for written permission before going onsite. There will be an hourly charge per stand to cover the costs incurred to extend the hall open hours.
 

OPEN PERIOD HALL OPEN OPEN HOURS
Wednesday 22 June 0900 – 1900hrs    1000 – 1800hrs  
Thursday 23 June  0930 – 1900hrs   1000 – 1800hrs  
Friday 24 June 0930 – 0000hrs   1000 – 1700hrs  

 

BREAKDOWN HALL OPEN SCHEDULE
Friday 24 June  1730 - 0000hrs  

Breakdown begins at approx. 1730hrs once visitors have cleared the halls. Contractors may not have access for breakdown until this time.

All Shell Scheme Stands must be completely cleared of all exhibits, graphics, furniture, portable displays etc by 22:00hrs.

It is advisable NOT to leave the stand unattended during the breakdown period.
Saturday 25 June 0000 – 0200hrs  

Removal of stand fittings and clearance of Space Only sites only. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 0200hrs.

Exhibitors will be charged for any rubbish left behind by them or their contractor. 

 

NB: SFFA, RPB, SCTA, MPA & F2G is a TRADE ONLY event for attendees 18 years old and above. No persons under the age of 16 will be allowed into the Exhibition Hall during build-up and breakdown under any circumstances.
